Commission Info

I will always do my best to accept all commissions. However, filling out a request form does not guarantee you a spot in my waitlist! It greatly depends on my availability & your request.

All commissions will be in my own art style- I will not try to replicate someone else's art style. Please respect this and allow me to continue creating my art in my own way :>

I will keep track of progress on my Trello. You can view your commission's current progress at any time! I update the Trello consistently.

Commercial use rights are available for purchase- please see my commission prices page for current pricing.

All current pricing will be shown on my commission pricing page. Complicated/very detailed requests and/or changes past the line art stage may result in additional charges.

Commissions will be drawn via Photoshop in a 2000 x 2000px (300 dpi) canvas. Final dimensions may be a little smaller than that. You will receive your commission in a PNG file format via email. If you need a different format or size, please let me know!

All estimated times of completion depend on my current workload & availability- I will let you know while confirming a commission how long you can expect to wait.
Please note that it is only an estimate, and it may take less or more time for me to finish :) If you need your piece by a certain date, let me know!

Commission Process

1. Read my ToS!
Have any questions or want clarification on something? Feel free to contact me & ask.

2. Ready to purchase a commission? Fill out my commission request form :)

3. If your request is accepted, I will contact you to inform you that you've been put on my waitlist. Please confirm this with me within 1 week or you will be removed from the waitlist.

4. Once I am ready to begin your commission, I will reach out to you to discuss your commission & payment method in more detail. If payment is not received within 1 week, you will be removed from the waitlist.

5. Once payment has been received, I will begin a rough sketch. This is where modifications can be made for no additional charges!

6. Once you've confirmed the sketch, I will begin the line art process. If you request any changes after this point, there will be an additional charge.

7. Detailing & coloring will begin! If you have any minor color change requests, these will be provided free of charge. Additional outfits, hairstyles, versions, etc. (if applicable) will be added at this step.

8. Your commission will be complete! I will post the art on my portfolio & social media platforms. If you'd like, I can tag you on Twitter/Instagram! Please just let me know your username(s) <3

Commission ToS

By submitting a commission request form, you are agreeing to my ToS. If you fail to abide by my ToS, your commission will be cancelled with no refund. Please make sure you read thoroughly!

Commission ToS & Policies

1. Your commission is for personal use only.
You are not permitted to sell digital or physical products, prints, graphic designs, any type of paid merchandise, etc. or use my art to obtain money in any way without purchasing commercial use rights. You may not use my art as branding or a logos for businesses/companies/organizations etc. without my permission. You're totally free to use your commission for personal profile pictures, banners, stream assets, or as emotes in your Twitch/Discord servers for your community/friends to use! I only ask that if you choose to use my art in communities, that you please credit me somewhere via a link to my website or a tag to my social media accounts.

2. You may not alter/modify or claim my artwork as yours.
I put a lot of time into my work, as it's my full time job alongside my Etsy! Please respect the time and effort I put into your commission by keeping it in its original state. Do not claim my art as your own.

3. No refunds or chargebacks.
Due to the nature of art commissions, there will be no refunds unless I am unable to complete the art. Do not chargeback, as that is scamming me. Please ensure you are satisfied with my art style prior to submitting a commission request form! If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, I will notify you ASAP & you will be refunded- regardless of any progress made on the commission.

4. I will not copy another artist's style.
Please only commission me if you like my art style, as I won't try to draw in anyone else's. This can mean slight simplification/differences in my work, to fit my own art style and what I'm comfortable drawing. Colors may vary slightly to fit my style- please let me know if you want me to use an exact color palette! I don't have a problem doing so :)

5. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Though unlikely, if i am not comfortable or experienced with your request I am allowed to decline it. I will always try my best to accommodate you and your requests, but please respect my decision.

5. You will not rush, harass, or pressure me.
I have significant trouble with understanding social cues & expressions- please be patient with me if I ask for a lot of clarification when discussing commissions. I also want to make sure I am getting everything exactly right! It would be much appreciated if you could be as specific as possible whenever you're describing things. Additionally, please don't rush me. I really need to take my time to ensure I am satisfied with my work & to prevent burnout. If you rush me, insult me, or in any other way cause issues, your order may be cancelled with no refund.

6. Payment must be made in full before sketches are started.
I will not begin work on your commission until I have received the full payment. This is to prevent me from being scammed out of my time! Once I have begun your sketch, there will be no chances for refund or cancellations unless I am unable to complete your commission.

7. If your request is complicated, overly detailed, or if you request modifications past the sketch phase, additional fees may occur.
Once the sketch is sent to you to approve, you can request minor revisions at no additional cost. Once line art has begun, it is a lot more difficult to make changes- depending on the complexity of your requested changes, a small fee may be necessary to compensate for the extra work (minor color changes are fine). If i make any mistakes, they will be corrected with no charge.

8. No physical items will be sent- only digital images/files.
I will not be shipping out any physical items unless previously discussed and agreed upon (such as stickers or charms). You will receive a PNG file of my digital artwork via email.

9. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to abide by my ToS & policies.
You are responsible for reading my ToS before submitting a commission request. There are no excuses to this. If you require any clarification on any of my policies, please reach out to me & I will happily answer any questions you have!

Dos & Don'ts

Commission requests under my preferred section will always get priority! If you need any clarifications or aren't sure if your request falls under a certain category, please reach out to me :) The more reference images you can provide, the better!

Prefer to draw:

  • Characters from video games/entertainment I enjoy (League of Legends, Titanfall, Apex Legends, Halo, Slime Rancher, Genshin Impact, VALORANT, Borderlands, Overwatch, etc.)

  • Cutesy/magical girls

  • Pastel colors

  • Fanart

  • Women in general

  • Ocean-related things

I will draw:

  • Feminine People- I do consider myself better at females but I will certainly try my best at males too!

  • Slime Rancher slimes

  • Fanart (Characters from video games, movies, anime, TV series, etc.)

  • OCs (I don't mind helping w/ design too)

All transactions for physical items will be made through my Etsy. This helps to provide cheaper shipping costs, as well as give both of us peace of mind through Etsy purchase/seller protection.

Frequently asked questions about commissions

FAQ

How long will the commission take?It depends on the complexity of the commission, my availability, my current condition, and your response time. Once the sketch has begun, it can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

I want to commission something that might be on your Do Not Draw list. What can I do?If you aren't sure if your commission fits into my Do Not Draw list, feel free to reach out & ask me! I will happily take your request into consideration and clarify anything for you.

Can I post my commission? Where?Of course! You can share/use your commission on pretty much any social media platform. If possible, I'd really appreciate it if you could tag me or give credit via a link! You can see my ToS for full clarifications on what is/isn't allowed.

Can I make merch/products out of my commission?Unless you have explicitly purchased the commercial use rights from me, no. By default, my commissions are for personal use only. You can purchase the commercial use rights at any time by contacting me, and I will set it up for you right away! It requires no additional work on your end, or wait time.

Can I use my commission for branding or logos?Not without my permission. If you're interested in using my art for branding or logo purposes, please reach out to me and we can discuss this!

Can I use promo codes or discounts?If you use Etsy for the commission transaction, yes! Almost any of my shop promo codes/discounts will work on commissions. This also extends to physical add-ons for your commissions, which can only be done through Etsy due to discounted shipping & purchase/seller protection.

How long is the waitlist?You can always see my waitlist by checking out my Trello. Usually, in-progress commissions will have an estimated date of completion, so you can expect to know a general idea of when I can begin on your commission!

What if I don't like my commission?I always hope that you will love your commission. Luckily, I provide constant updates via Trello throughout the drawing process, so you can always let me know if you'd like something changed! However, if this occurs after line art has begun a $5 fee will occur due to the extra time & work it will take me. I cannot offer refunds due to the nature of art commissions, so please keep this in mind before purchasing a commission!

Can I get my commission on a T-shirt or other item?Since I have an Etsy shop, I have a connection with a print-on-demand company. It's basically what RedBubble does, so if you'd like your commission on various items such as clothing, mousepads, shoes, backpacks, etc. feel free to reach out and I can let you know what items are available!
